We collect account and contact details, order and voucher activity, merchant business details, support messages, notification preferences, device/browser information and security logs needed to operate the marketplace.
2. How information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, verify registrations, process payments and vouchers, support customers and merchants, prevent abuse, maintain financial records and improve the service.
3. Sharing
Relevant order details may be shared with the merchant fulfilling the deal. Payment and message providers receive the minimum information required to deliver their service. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.
4. Consent evidence and retention
When you accept a policy, we record the document version, time, source, a protected network identifier and browser details. Records are retained as reasonably necessary for security, accounting, disputes and legal obligations.
5. Your choices
Marketing is optional and can be withdrawn in the consent center. You may ask support to access, correct or delete eligible account information, subject to records that must be retained for security, payments or legal reasons.
6. Security and contact
We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. Contact support promptly if you believe an account or voucher has been compromised.
